Moon is a former professional Latin dancer with 17 years of international performing.
After an ankle injury and recurring shoulder dislocations, she discovered Pilates and later earned her Deborah Lessen Method qualification in Korea. With over six years of teaching experience, Moon is fully certified across all Pilates apparatus — Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel, Chair, Mat, and small equipment. She has taught in both Korea and Australia, developing an adaptable and intuitive teaching style that connects with people of all ages and backgrounds. Her classes are known for their warm, positive energy and supportive atmosphere, inspiring students to move with confidence and joy. Now, she continues her journey in London — the city she has long dreamed of — embracing a new chapter of growth and discovery. |
