What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a gentle and meditative style of yoga that focuses on long-held, passive postures to target the deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia. Unlike more dynamic yoga practices, Yin Yoga encourages the body to relax deeply into poses, promoting stillness and mindfulness.
Class Schedule:
- Thursdays at 6:00 PM
Unwind after your busy day with an evening session that soothes your body and mind.
- Sundays at 1:00 PM
Rejuvenate your weekend with a mid-day practice, setting a peaceful tone for the rest of your day.
