Pilates for Lower back pain management workshop
Pain causes money. Pain causes lost work days. Pain reduce your productivity , change your character and make you unhappy all the time. If you suffer chronic back, neck and shoulder pain , this course is for you as you find lasting relief.
You will learn to assess and tread the underlying causes of your pain.
In part one training video describes the way our body works. Please don’t skip that part of the video as it will give you a big picture of what is may be going on in your body and in your life.
You need to do 15 min exercises every day otherwise I can’t help you if you aren’t willing to do your part. that’s why it is important to put into practice what you are going to learn in this course.
The goal of this course is not to dismiss the medical system , but to open you the best possible way to keep you moving safe and effective way and get rid of your pain by using your body functionally and fun way to do so for 21 days and you will be hooked rest of your life to move and breath efficiently and effectively.
There are introduction 15 min videos that
*I talk about your spine, how the parts of the spine functions in a way to be healthy and strong.
*I talk about alignment of the body and properly postural alignment
*I talk about breathing techniques and proper breathing and how it effects your life.
Addressing the alignment of the body’s structure and its relationship to how you move is based on fundamental principles of physics and the human anatomy.
Underlying issue could be hyper flexibility, hypomobility or too much stress could cause all the pain in your body. You can learn to tools to overcome underlying issue and have opportunity to start heal yourself. You will not only gain confidence how to move even with pain but also reverse to process to allow your body to heal and transform your life for the better in the comfort of your own home.
The clear explanations and their accompanying exercises will allow you to exercise at your home without the need of anyone.
Make sure you have prepared water, a towel, and a yoga/Pilates mat beforehand. If you do not have a mat, a towel or carpet will work as well.
