200 hrs Multistyle Yoga TTC - Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga
10 weekends programme
Dates : 23rd January 2021- 25th March 2021 - postponed - dates of the course in 2021 will be announced soon.
This 200-hours multi-style Yoga TTC is a foundational but intensive yoga course dedicated to deepen your yoga practice, get to know the history and philosophy of Yoga, learn anatomy and yogic anatomy, understand the influence of asana practice on the human body & mind, and design effective yoga classes.
At Trimurti Yoga School we believe that yoga is for everyone, and we all are different, that’s why we combined traditional HATHA, modern VINYASA FLOW and therapeutic YIN YOGA - so that you can choose and adjust yogic tools for your individual needs, and for customized classes for your future students.
We will study each style for 3 weekends together, dedicating the final weekend to the teaching practice and written exam.
The course will be run for 10 weekends (Saturday &, Sunday, 9 am - 6 pm) starting from the 23rd of January 2021. This course is especially dedicated to people who want to start teaching Yoga and need appropriate certificate.
We are happy to bring our signature program that we have been conducting in India for the past 12 years at Trimurti Yoga to London!

Vinyasa is the most popular style in West due to its beautiful freedom, interdisciplinary aspects, and giving modern Yogis space for their personalities, "likes" and self-expression. 3. Yin Yoga (3 weekends)
Yin yoga is a “style” or maybe rather a “method”/ “approach” that focuses on the YIN side of traditional practices in contrary to YANG approach observed in Ashtanga, Vinyasa or other dynamic and active Sun-oriented styles. Yin yoga nourishes our YIN energy, and supports YIN aspects of our body-mind complex.
Technically speaking it is a gentle application of “stress” or “stimulation” in the form of tension and compression which induces a healthy phase change in the tissue. Yin yoga targets primarily connective tissue, (and more precisely fascia) in contrary to Yang Yoga that targets muscles as the primary tissue. Yin yoga practice is characterised by long, static “holds” (we actually don’t want to “hold” anything, but that’s the best term expressing the stay in the pose), using mostly floor-based asanas for muscle relaxation and myofascial release (MFR), allowing for a meditative focus, self-reflection or at least allowing to “let go” of stored emotions and thoughts, eventually to “surrender” and to find the stillness.
· Asana – Yin yoga poses. Daily Yin Yoga Practice sessions.
· Functional approach to asana practice & bio-diversity.
· Fascia study
· Anatomy & physiology of the Nervous System
· Cueing in yin yoga.
· Sequencing of yin yoga classes
· The theory of 5 Elements based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and meridian yoga.
· Functional Anatomy – asana based anatomy approach, analysis of body in a yoga practice;
· Regular teaching practice & mentoring.
· Weekdays home task and assignments.
