Small Group Equipment Pilates — £40 per person (minimum 3 participants)

Join with friends or colleagues — sessions run for groups of 3–6 people. £40 each (minimum 3 attendees) for a guided equipment Pilates class tailored to the group's needs.

Specialist Pilates & Yoga — Fascia Release & Realignment Session — £120

Therapeutic one-to-one sessions for clients recovering from surgery or managing musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, including:
- Post-operative recovery (knee, hip, shoulder)
- Lower back pain and nerve-related pain
- Post‑pregnancy rehabilitation
- Cancer treatment rehabilitation

Personalised movement, fascia-release techniques, and realignment work to support recovery, improve function, and reduce pain. Suitable with GP/physio referral where required.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Pilates4You Studio for your fitness needs. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointments with us. To ensure that all of our clients are able to receive the best possible service, we have a cancellation policy in place.

  1. We require a minimum of 12 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. This includes both private and online sessions.
  2. If you cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount for that session.
  3. If you have purchased a package, the session will be deducted from your account.
  4. If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount for that session and it will be deducted from your package.
  5. In the event of an emergency or sudden illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment without incurring any charges.
  6. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we will do our best to work with you in the event of extenuating circumstances.
