Barbara Ann Brennan is a name that echoes throughout the world of alternative medicine and holistic healing. She is a gifted healer and my favourite author of the three books:
"Hands of Light,"
"Core Light Healing."
In this blog post, I will take a closer look at this amazing author, her books, and her contribution to the world of healing.
Barbara Ann Brennan was born in Texas in 1939. She has a degree in Physics from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Science degree in Atmospheric Physics from the University of California. She worked for NASA as an atmospheric physicist until 1978 when she left to pursue her interest in energy healing. She went on to study with several healers and psychics and developed her own technique, which she called "Brennan Healing Science."
In her first book, "Hands of Light," she explores the world of energy healing, explaining how energy flows through the body and how imbalances can lead to physical and emotional problems. She also provides techniques for you to develop your own healing abilities. She offers clearer understanding of how and why hands-on healing works. Here are some of the important points from the book;
Her second book, "Light Emerging," takes you further into the world of energy healing. She explains how to work with the chakras, the aura, and the human energy field to promote healing and balance. The book is filled with case studies and practical exercises you can use to develop your own healing abilities. Here are some of the important points from the book ‘Light Emerging’
Barbara Ann Brennan's third book, "Core Light Healing," is a continuation of her previous work. In this book, she explores the connection between the physical body and the spiritual realm. She provides techniques for us to connect with our own inner light and to use that light to heal themselves and others. The book is a powerful testament to the transformative power of healing energy about herself and others.
"Core Light Healing" by Barbara Ann Brennan is a book about healing the mind, body, and spirit through the use of energy healing. Here are some of the important points from the book of “Core Light Healing”
In describing healing through the human energy field, Barbara Ann Brennan explains that it involves working on the auric field at all levels of personality, including spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical, to effect a change or healing that connects the person to their true self. The laying-on-of-hands technique of healing can be very specific in terms of repairing, balancing, charging, and clearing the energy field.
The human energy field correlates to all levels of reality within a person's personality. Anywhere in a person's personal experience where they are separated from their true self, it will show in the human energy field and can eventually cause disease in the body due to distortions in the energy field. This can weaken the body and make it more susceptible to infection or cause disease.
Brennan describes the human aura as the human energy field that surrounds and penetrates the physical body, appearing as a pattern of light beams. It is made up of life energy and consciousness, and every thought, feeling, or life experience shows in the energy field, even if it is not a conscious experience.
Brennan believes that everyone has the ability to develop high sense perception, which involves using the normal five senses beyond their usual ranges, such as seeing beyond the visible light spectrum (clairvoyance), hearing beyond normal range (clairaudience), and sensing and feeling beyond the physical (clairsentience).
To heal ourselves and facilitate healing in others, we must work on clearing out all obstructions that block the universal healing energy flowing through us. Brennan emphasizes the importance of self-love and self-acceptance in this process.
Brennan describes human beings as existing in four dimensions, ranging from the divine to the human. Anything we create flows through these dimensions as well. The dimensions are the Core Star (our oneness with the divine), Haric (the level of intentionality that provides the foundation for our auric field), Auric (where our personality resides), and Physical (the dimension of physical reality).
The Haric dimension is particularly crucial as it connects our will to our heart, allowing us to return to a place of balance and be a mediator between heaven and earth. The golden laser line of light that runs through the center of our being and connects us to heaven and earth is called the Hara line. Three critical points along the Hara line are the tan tien (the source of power for martial artists), the soul seat (holds our longings for this life), and the Individuation point (represents our individuation from the Core Star dimension into this incarnation).
Brennan emphasizes the importance of clarifying our true intentions and realigning the ones that are not in keeping with what we genuinely want to create what we want. Our true intentions always align with our highest spiritual longings, and fulfilling these desires can lead to fulfilling our greater spiritual purpose or life task. In her book, "Core Light Healing," Brennan emphasises that to create what we want, we must clarify our true intentions and realign the ones that are not in keeping with what we genuinely want. Our true intentions always align with our highest spiritual longings. First steps she suggest to identify negative blocks and break free from them. By fulfilling our spiritual desires, we can fulfill our life's greater spiritual purpose or life task.
So, if you're ready to unleash your true potential and start living the life you deserve, Barbara Ann Brennan's first book is the perfect place to start. With her invaluable insights and wisdom, you can overcome the obstacles holding you back and step into a brighter, more fulfilling future.
I hope this blog post has inspired you to explore her work and to discover the healing power of energy.
